Policies
2 Night Minimum on Weekends, Spring Break, Peak Season and the Week between Christmas and New Years. 3 Night Minimum on Major Holidays. No Saturday check-in or check-out
Peak Season rates apply to December 22 - Jan 1st as well as The week before and after Easter (Spring Break). 50% deposit required to hold any reservation. Full Balance is due 1 week before check-in Check-in after 4pm, Check-out by 11am.
No smoking inside the cottages.

Cancellations 75% refund for any cancellation within 21 days of arrival. No Refund for any cancellation within 7 days of arrival. All cancellations will be charged a $25 processing fee. Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted.
